Through my own curiosity and experience I intimately know that to reach running goals and go beyond our perceived limits, it is often not about working harder, but working smarter.
My running journey has had it’s ups and downs. I even gave it all up 10 years ago whilst seeking out techniques and modalities to support my body to move more freely, with less pain and injury.
I aspire to embody what I teach at all times. Some of the pillars I draw my lessons from are;
